So today was day 4 of my FitChef meal plan. I’ve started to notice that I don’t feel as hungry as I usually do during the day, but I still struggle with cravings and such at night. So at least some of it is going better.Β 


I had Futurelife again but I didn’t feel hungry until around 11h30. I’m not sure if I was just super busy with work and didn’t register my hunger or if it has to do with the meal plan. I’ll see how it is over the next few days πŸ™‚



Today’s lunch meal was: Hake Napolitana with stir-fry vegetables.

Okay, so far it is the first dish in the meal plan that is fish. I didn’t really enjoy the meal as there was too much water (I guess the Pyrex dish thing doesn’t work for everything). The sauce that was on top of the fish was very nice.Β 

According to the ingredients, the sauce included:

  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Apple
  • Beetroot
  • Kalahari salt
  • Tapioca
  • Lemon juic
  • Basil
  • Pepper

The stir-fry tasted great and included:

  • Mushrooms
  • Peppers
  • Carrots

The vegetable spaghetti also tasted amazing and included:

  • Baby marrow
  • Carrot

Afternoon Snack

Today’s snack was: Chicken Snacker – Basil Pesto

Today I had the basil pesto chicken snack again and I must admit, my tastebuds are starting to become “annoyed” with this snack 🀣But I ate this as I was hungry around 4 pm. I also ate a sandwich with peanut butter as for some reason I was extremely peckish.Β 



Today’s dinner was: Bacon and Beef Burger with stir-fry vegetables.

Today’s dinner was interesting. I’ve never had a burger without the buns LOL. However, I liked this dish, just wish there was a bit more sauce as the meat was kind of crumbly (not sure that’s 100% the word I’m looking for but will do for now). As you can see in the photo it was also falling apart.Β 

The veggies were great as well and NOT WATERY *dances happily*


Day 4 of my FitChef journey was a good one πŸ™‚

Although I eat veggies every day, I feel I’m still trying to get used to the amount Ieat within this keto meal plan. It’s usually a bigger portion than the meat (I think that’s how it should be?) but so far I’m enjoying it and hopefully it becomes a habit when I’m done with this plan.
