Hey!

Since I didn’t follow the meal plan last Friday (day 5) or the Saturday (day6), Monday became day 5 and Tuesday became day 6. and Sunday remains day 7. Hopefully this makes sense because I lost track of whatever I was trying to explain πŸ˜›Β 

So today is day 8, the start of week 2! I’m super excited for this second week as I already started seeing results after week 1 πŸ™‚Β Β 

Just a reminder, I lost 0.5 cm around my waist and lost 1.7 kg in general.Β 

Thoughts so far...

So far, I’m already getting tired of repeating meals and I’m still not enjoying the meals 100% because of the extra water. But I’m going to push forward until it’s the end of the 21 days to see if I lost more weight/centimetres.Β

I had Futurelife for breakfast again but I ate a bit late (11h30).

Today’s lunch meal was: Chicken Hotpot with quinoa and mixed veggies

I finally found a favourite among all the dishes! This meal was super yummy and I LOVE quinoa! The broccoli and cauliflower were a bit watery but nothing too bad.Β 

I really loved this dish and would like to continue making it for myself when this meal plan is done.

Afternoon Snack

I skipped today’s snack as I wasn’t really that hungry.

Dinner

Today’s dinner was: Beef Goulash with pumpkin and spinach.

For some reason, I forgot to take a photo of my dinner so I only have a photo of the sleeve 😐 Oh well… The meat was a bit sour (I guess it was the sauce) and I didn’t really enjoy it that much. Unfortunately, the spinach was watery but the pumpkin was good. Interesting meal overall.

Overview

All in all, lunch was fantastic and dinner was… meh. I’m starting to notice that I’m super hungry the last three days and my cravings have intensified, I guess it’s because of the new food I’m eating? Not sure. It’s a bit difficult to ignore the cravings but I’m sure I’ll kick them to the curb eventually. One step at a time πŸ™‚Β
