A while ago I posted my review on the Love Sweat Fitness workout plan and the LSF team reached out to me to provide me with their Hot Body Meal Plan FOR FREE to check if I will get better results. (BTW THANKS AWESOME TEAM)
I’ve been following the meal plan for a week and decided to give an update on how I’m feeling and how my body is responding.
Before we get into my results after one week, I want to share the things I like and dislike so far.
What I Liked About the Meal Plan for Week 1
- Smoothies – These are super great! I enjoy having them for breakfast and might stick to only drinking smoothies in the morning when I’m done with the meal plan
- The snacks – these helped me snack on healthier food options since I used to reach for chocolate or chips before starting with this meal plan.
What I Disliked About the Meal Plan for Week 1
- Brussels sprouts
- Green beans
- Celery stalks
- Cottage cheese
How I Feel/Felt
After 1 week I lost 0.6 kg! That’s actually a lot for me since I’ve been struggling with losing weight this entire year so far. So 10/10 so far.
I have been snacking less on chocolate, chips, etc. The best thing is that I haven’t been craving these “bad” snacks either.
Another thing I’ve noticed is that the snacks in between the bigger meals like breakfast, lunch, and dinner have really kept me from eating when I’m bored. I do that a LOT btw…
In the beginning, all the food made me feel stuffed the whole day but after a few days, I got used to it and didn’t feel so extremely full.
So far, I’ve been super happy with the meals. I have substituted food like English Muffins, but most of the other food items I have been able to buy and make easily.
